What you will do

• Design and execute a university and early talent strategy to attract top students.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align talent acquisition with company priorities.
• Establish processes, tools, and metrics to track program performance and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in university or early career recruiting.
• Proven track record of building or scaling internship or university graduate programs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with universities and external partners.
• Experience recruiting technical talent such as engineering, product, or data roles.
• Background in an early-stage or venture-backed startup environment.
• Ability to operate independently and use data to drive hiring decisions.
