What you will do

• Own and enhance the end-to-end value tracking framework for the enterprise value creation program.
• Structure and deliver executive-ready reporting on value pipelines, performance vs targets, and risks.
• Partner with VCO Finance to align value tracking with financial measurement and P&L impact.
• Perform analytical deep dives to identify, size, and prioritize new value creation opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted analytics partner to cross-functional teams, providing structure and clarity to data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or finance supporting large-scale transformations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and enterprise performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive).
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Las Vegas, NV.

Nice to have

• Experience in PE-backed portfolio companies or merger integration.
• Exposure to advanced analytics and automation tools such as Python or Alteryx.
