Salary: $128,000 – $157,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Develop frameworks and tools to enable enterprise-wide workforce planning and organizational transformation.
• Deliver dashboards and data models to inform workforce investments and org design changes.
• Deploy scalable Org Design and Change Management playbooks, templates, and readiness tools.
• Partner with People Technology and Finance to ensure alignment on workforce data standards.
• Facilitate learning sessions and provide coaching to PCBPs and leaders on leading through transformation.
• Prepare data-driven insights for transformation reviews and strategy deployment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, change management, or org design.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or organizational change.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with HR systems, specifically Workday.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building capability tools, playbooks, or enablement materials.
• Prior work experience in a global or matrixed organization.
