What you will do

• Own the unified view of headcount and capacity across full-time employees and vendors.
• Lead the studio’s planning cadence, including monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies to drive recommendations for improved planning accuracy and delivery outcomes.
• Build and evolve reporting dashboards and integrate AI-enabled insights to increase transparency and speed of decision-making.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to align resource deployment with the studio's high-impact priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations, or strategy.
• Must be based in or able to work from Redmond, Washington.
• Proven understanding of workforce planning and headcount management.
• Proficiency in Excel and data/business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industries.
• Track record of building systems or tooling to improve planning workflows.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes.
