What you will do

• Lead and track urgent, high-priority initiatives across the enterprise as part of the Rapid Response Team.
• Manage transformation mechanics, including initiative definition, value sizing, and timing assessment.
• Operate transformation tracking tools (e.g., Shibumi), ensuring data quality and logic checks.
• Partner with Finance and People & Culture to translate savings and value into credible financial outcomes.
• Develop executive-level materials, SteerCo content, and decision-ready insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional pillars (Sales, Technology, Product, Manufacturing) to pressure-test assumptions and dependencies.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or operations within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Las Vegas, NV, US.
• Strong analytical skills for business case support and financial impact translation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in PE-backed environments, merger integration, or enterprise transformations.
• Familiarity with Shibumi or other PMO platforms.
• Background supporting Finance, Operations, or Technology initiatives.
