What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance provider experience and operational performance.
- Manage complex enterprise-level programs from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Analyze operational data and identify trends to implement solutions that drive measurable efficiency.
- Build and optimize workflows and operating models to support scalable provider-focused programs.
- Partner with leadership, product, operations, and technology teams to align organizational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal organizational standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
- Experience within healthcare environments such as health insurance, healthcare systems, or consulting.
- 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional product or operational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics for operational improvements.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
