What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance provider experience and operational performance.
• Manage complex enterprise-level programs from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze operational data and identify trends to implement solutions that drive measurable efficiency.
• Build and optimize workflows and operating models to support scalable provider-focused programs.
• Partner with leadership, product, operations, and technology teams to align organizational priorities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal organizational standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
• Experience within healthcare environments such as health insurance, healthcare systems, or consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional product or operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics for operational improvements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
