Salary: $115,000 - $149,000

What you will do
- Design and lead end-to-end customer experience strategies to drive Zio service adoption.
- Partner with health system stakeholders to align on goals, identify challenges, and recommend program optimizations.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, EHR integration managers, and clinical operations to ensure streamlined customer journeys.
- Create standardized, reproducible engagement experiences using data-driven insights.
- Manage approximately 6 concurrent opportunities while maintaining high performance.
- Travel up to 50% to support regional health system engagements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of related experience (or 4 years with a Master’s degree).
- Experience in device or clinical sales, healthcare process improvement, or cardiovascular leadership.
- Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Visio).
