TL;DR

Product Manager, Commercial Marketing (Medtech): Leading product planning and marketing initiatives for infusion sets to provide best-in-class user experiences with an accent on Go-to-Market strategy and commercial execution. Focus on translating market research into product requirements, driving sales growth, and managing the downstream product lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (Del Mar, CA) — Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship

Salary: $108,500 - $149,000

What you will do

  • Drive and own the Go-to-Market strategy for new product launches.
  • Develop launch plans including sales enablement tools, promotional campaigns, and training materials.
  • Translate market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) into product requirements to guide development.
  • Collaborate with upstream PMs, clinical teams, and sales to align marketing strategy with business goals.
  • Establish and track KPIs related to downstream commercial efforts.
  • Act as the internal and external champion for assigned product lines.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, health sciences, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in medical device development, product management, marketing, or clinical support.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Strong grasp of downstream marketing tactics, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
  • Ability to articulate clinical benefits of complex medical technology to internal and external audiences.
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated products and applicable marketing guidelines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in diabetes and/or consumer medical devices.
