Director, Product Management, EMS Patient Charting Solutions

Location: Remote within the United States, including Wisconsin, Ohio, Washington, and Colorado. Travel of up to 25% is required.

Annual salary: $174,900–$200,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the EMS patient charting software portfolio.
• Build customer relationships and conduct market research to identify opportunities and translate customer problems into solutions.
• Lead the product lifecycle from strategy and requirements through execution and market launch.
• Own portfolio P&L, market segmentation, pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, site reliability, marketing, finance, support, implementation, device, and sales organizations.
• Directly oversee a team of product managers and product owners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in R&D within a software technology organization.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of the EMS software and clinical charting markets.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, presentation, and technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based delivery models.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Digital Health and Healthcare IT solutions.
• Experience setting pricing strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
