What you will do

• Lead day-to-day product and marketing operations, establishing operating rhythms and annual planning cycles.
• Manage cross-functional programs spanning product strategy, launches, and lifecycle management.
• Operationalize SaaS and subscription-based business models, tracking software KPIs like adoption and renewals.
• Oversee the marketing operating budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and investment prioritization.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, creating executive readouts and dashboards for decision-making.
• Design and evolve processes and tools to improve organizational efficiency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in product operations, marketing operations, program management, or business operations (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
• Ability to travel globally approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, SaaS, or platform-based healthcare technology environments.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare, or engineering.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and investment tracking.
