Salary: $134,400.00 - $201,600.00

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day product and marketing operations, establishing operating rhythms and annual planning cycles.
- Manage cross-functional programs spanning product strategy, launches, and lifecycle management.
- Operationalize SaaS and subscription-based business models, tracking software KPIs like adoption and renewals.
- Oversee the marketing operating budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and investment prioritization.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, creating executive readouts and dashboards for decision-making.
- Design and evolve processes and tools to improve organizational efficiency and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, marketing operations, program management, or business operations (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
- Ability to travel globally approximately 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital health, SaaS, or platform-based healthcare technology environments.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare, or engineering.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and investment tracking.
