Salary: $110,000–$120,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Identify technology capabilities and enhancement opportunities for the services team across organizations and customers.
- Create Agile artifacts including Epics, Features, and developer-ready user stories according to the Product Development Process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop detailed acceptance criteria for new features.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the development team and assist in updating technology roadmaps.
- Lead "Train the Trainer" sessions to educate internal customer-facing teams on new functionality and support roll-out adoption.
- Serve as the primary technology point of contact for business stakeholders to resolve design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technical Project Management, or Business.
- 5+ years of Product Owner experience for software development teams.
- 7+ years of process improvement or project management experience with a technology emphasis.
- Extensive experience with Agile delivery teams, SaaS platforms, and Change Management.
- Expertise with Agile work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or VersionOne.
