Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (2-3 days per week in the office)

What you will do
- Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to convey the company's value proposition.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share and implement sales best practices.
- Achieve and exceed quotas based on qualified leads and activity metrics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques.
- Confidence in phone communication and conducting smooth conversations with prospects.
- History of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record of overachieving against defined performance metrics.
- Data-oriented approach with an aptitude for handling large data sets and numbers.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems.
- Knowledge of the vacation rental market.
