TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Prospecting new business and qualifying leads for a short-term rental revenue management system with an accent on outbound strategies and lead conversion. Focus on sourcing high-quality leads and scheduling product demos for the Account Executive team.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (2-3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

  • Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to convey the company's value proposition.
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share and implement sales best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed quotas based on qualified leads and activity metrics.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques.
  • Confidence in phone communication and conducting smooth conversations with prospects.
  • History of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of overachieving against defined performance metrics.
  • Data-oriented approach with an aptitude for handling large data sets and numbers.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental market.
