What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for 5-150 clients within the Business Licensing team.
• Coordinate the fulfillment of licensing work and provide regular status updates on pending projects and renewals.
• Handle a high volume of daily client correspondence (50-75 emails) with accuracy and professionalism.
• Lead client meetings to discuss project progress and resolve licensure barriers.
• Identify client needs and follow through with upsell opportunities to drive growth.
• Ensure the integrity of license records and client data throughout the relationship.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or licensing.
• Must be based in the USA (North Carolina mentioned).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive data with tact and discretion.
• Proficiency in Windows environment, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe PDF.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
