What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer contacts, implementers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular Business Reviews with key accounts to assess progress and align on growth strategies.
- Monitor customer usage trends to identify potential risks and recommend strategies for increased adoption.
- Perform L1 product demos and advise customers on technical setups and configurations to enhance product experience.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Advocate for the customer's voice across internal engineering, sales, and support teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related technical solution fields.
- Proven track record of identifying upsell opportunities and driving growth within customer accounts.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to deliver product demos and consult on technical configurations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the United States to be eligible for company benefits.
