What you will do

  • Manage the full deal cycle from initial enquiry to close for COA licensing and solutions.
  • Process per-study license agreements, multi-territory arrangements, and solution bundles.
  • Develop relationships with pharmaceutical, CRO, and academic sponsors to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate with strategic delivery partners on co-sell channel deals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and regular reporting on pricing trends and customer feedback in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in licensing, sales, or account management, preferably in publishing or life sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a deal pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
  • Ability to scope, price, and negotiate licensing agreements.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in pharmaceutical licensing or clinical trial services.
  • Working knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) instruments.
  • Knowledge of multi-territory licensing arrangements and the CRO landscape.
  • Additional language proficiency.
