Salary: $187,000 - $271,150

What you will do

  • Define and execute the national enterprise strategy for Participant Engagement to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Lead a multi-level organization of 450+ licensed professionals, including VPs and Senior Directors.
  • Manage enterprise financial planning, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with Wealth and Workplace leadership to integrate strategies that accelerate wealth conversion and increase financial performance.
  • Drive the adoption of participant-facing technology, product innovation, and generative AI enablement.
  • Ensure a sustainable culture of regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in partnership with legal and oversight teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, or retirement.
  • FINRA Series 6, 26, 63, and 65 registrations (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing large organizations with full P&L responsibility.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree.
  • CFP® or comparable professional designation.
  • Expertise in organizational change and migrating teams resulting from mergers and acquisitions.
