What you will do

  • Lead and integrate new agent development, covering field management, recruiting, onboarding, training, and licensure.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with growth goals and territory needs.
  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle to ensure quality, consistency, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Design scalable development programs and training strategies to accelerate time to productivity.
  • Establish and manage key performance metrics, including validation rates, retention, and cost of acquisition.
  • Provide executive-level insights on pipeline health and agent success outcomes to corporate stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in recruiting, distribution, training, or agency development within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting economics, pipeline metrics, and validation.
  • Expertise in adult learning and modern training approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Preferred: SIE, FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
