Chief Of Staff and VP of Strategy & Operations (Fintech): Driving enterprise strategy and operational rigor as a senior partner to the CEO and CBO with an accent on translating high-level strategy into execution. Focus on managing the Executive Office, leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and scaling the Strategy & Operations team.
Location: Hybrid (NYC). Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, with an expectation of working from the Union Square office 3+ days per week.
Salary: $320,000 - $400,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO and CBO, pressure-testing decisions and accelerating alignment.
- Own high-stakes communications, including board materials, company-wide messaging, and external engagements.
- Lead major cross-departmental initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through outcome delivery.
- Shape enterprise-level strategy regarding market expansion, organizational design, and long-range planning.
- Manage the Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, setting standards for analytical rigor and operational discipline.
- Oversee recruiting, career development, and coaching for the S&O cohort.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting, senior S&O, Biz Ops, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth companies.
- Must be based in the NYC area or eligible for relocation to New York.
- Proven experience building, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and financial modeling skills to turn complex data into recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.

- Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or payments.
- Familiarity with the operating rhythms of late-stage growth companies.
