Salary: $73,500 - $147,000

What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of claims adjusters to maximize business results and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the claims process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and insurance regulations.
- Implement behavioral-based coaching and mentoring to drive individual and team productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and generate action plans for under-performing representatives.
- Collaborate across the GM ecosystem to develop foundational products and processes for a rapidly scaling organization.
- Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to optimize research, summarization, and daily workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not available).
- 5+ years of experience in auto claims and/or casualty handling.
- Proven leadership experience, specifically in First Party Injury (FPI) management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and settlement procedures.
- Experience with industry systems such as Guidewire, Copart, ARMs, or ISO.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Professional insurance designations such as CPCU or SCLA.
- Prior experience in coaching, training, or mentoring individuals.
