Salary: $73,500 - $147,000

What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of claims adjusters to maximize business results and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee the claims process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and insurance regulations.
• Implement behavioral-based coaching and mentoring to drive individual and team productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and generate action plans for under-performing representatives.
• Collaborate across the GM ecosystem to develop foundational products and processes for a rapidly scaling organization.
• Utilize AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to optimize research, summarization, and daily workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship is not available).
• 5+ years of experience in auto claims and/or casualty handling.
• Proven leadership experience, specifically in First Party Injury (FPI) management.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and settlement procedures.
• Experience with industry systems such as Guidewire, Copart, ARMs, or ISO.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU or SCLA.
• Prior experience in coaching, training, or mentoring individuals.
