TL;DR

Vice President of Business Operations & GTM Strategy (Fintech): Leading and scaling business operations across the go-to-market organization with an accent on revenue operations, AI automation, and operational excellence. Focus on architecting scalable business systems, optimizing customer lifecycles, and leveraging AI to improve forecasting and productivity.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Mountain View, CA (office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $250,000–$290,000 per year + Equity

What you will do

  • Partner with executive leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, operational scale, and business performance.
  • Optimize territory planning, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy across the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead operating cadence processes, including forecasting, pipeline governance, and business performance reviews.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve forecasting, workflow automation, and executive reporting.
  • Build scalable operational frameworks to increase sales productivity and improve customer outcomes.
  • Establish reporting, analytics, and data governance frameworks to improve decision-making visibility.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in GTM operations, business systems, and scalable process design.
  • Proven track record leading operational transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
  • Strong command of CRM platforms, analytics tools, and SaaS operating metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience within fintech, payments, AP automation, procurement, or enterprise workflow technology.
