What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales force of 10-25 Area Managers within the assigned region.
• Identify sales prospects and present company products and services to potential and current clients.
• Create and execute action plans and schedules to achieve specific contact and growth targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve concerns to ensure long-term dealer loyalty.
• Develop sales materials and implement strategic activities to reduce dealer attrition.
• Represent the company at marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Must reside within the assigned Great Lakes Region.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
