What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase revenue and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with annual sales targets.
  • Build partnerships with customers and distribution channels to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver application-based solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of business development or direct sales experience with a focus on new business generation.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive, adhesives, or fastener-related markets.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
