What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase revenue and retention.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with annual sales targets.
- Build partnerships with customers and distribution channels to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver application-based solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of business development or direct sales experience with a focus on new business generation.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive, adhesives, or fastener-related markets.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
