What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of regional and field salespeople across multiple states.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth targets across multiple regions.
- Oversee sales forecasts, pipelines, and budgets to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Lead recruitment efforts and mentor high-potential sales talent across multiple regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams across multiple states/regions in a B2B environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) to meet clients and teams.

- Experience in automotive technology or SaaS sales.
- Experience with sales training and development programs.
