Salary: £78,098 - £91,880

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, complex corporate customers as a trusted strategic partner.
- Lead an internal function of approximately 50 colleagues, including 11 direct reports.
- Define and execute account strategies aligned with sustainability goals, EV transition, and mobility.
- Drive revenue growth and cost efficiency through data-driven commercial recommendations.
- Utilize AI-enabled insights and analytics to optimize fleet performance and forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer commitments with commercial objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large, complex corporate or blue-chip client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning or influencing P&L performance.
- Proven success in senior stakeholder management and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Experience utilizing data and AI-enabled insights to inform decision-making.
- Extensive people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Manchester, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive, fleet, leasing, or mobility sectors.
- Knowledge of EV transition, sustainability initiatives, or digital transformation.
- Exposure to large-scale mobility solutions or complex fleet operating models.
