What you will do

  • Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across Michigan to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, pipeline development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven regional business plan based on local market insights.
  • Conduct daily in-person visits and qualified meetings with dealership decision-makers.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and documentation using SugarCRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align and execute go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations and dealership service departments.
  • Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Experience managing a high-volume, field-based sales cadence.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably SugarCRM.
  • Must be located in the Michigan region.
