What you will do
- Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across Michigan to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, pipeline development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute a data-driven regional business plan based on local market insights.
- Conduct daily in-person visits and qualified meetings with dealership decision-makers.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and documentation using SugarCRM.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align and execute go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations and dealership service departments.
- Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders to influence purchasing decisions.
- Experience managing a high-volume, field-based sales cadence.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably SugarCRM.
- Must be located in the Michigan region.
