Compensation: $128,560 – $188,900 (varies by location)

What you will do

• Establish and execute country-level programs aligned with long-term telecom compliance strategy.
• Manage weekly compliance operating rhythms and escalate critical issues to senior leadership.
• Identify compliance risks and implement cross-functional mitigation strategies.
• Maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to international telecommunications standards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate compliance into technical roadmaps and identify monetization opportunities.
• Develop training materials to educate employees on evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and lead operational meetings.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and executive reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states).
• Ability to travel occasionally for project or team in-person meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience in the telecommunications industry (STIR/SHAKEN, KYC).
• Proficiency with SQL, Looker, and Airtable.
