Salary: $220,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze payer coverage, formulary positioning, step edits, prior authorization, and reimbursement trends.
• Monitor and report on access performance across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels.
• Support pricing and contracting strategies through scenario modeling and financial impact analyses.
• Build standardized reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Brand, and Data Management teams for launch readiness and long-range planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis and 4+ years of experience in Market Access Payer Analytics and contracting.
• Must have valid employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Experience managing and analyzing patient claims data (e.g., IQVIA LAAD, Symphony Health).
• Robust understanding of pharmacy channel stakeholder economics, including Payers, PBMs, and GPOs.
• Working knowledge of Medical benefit product economics, including ASP pricing and physician reimbursement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Finance, or Economics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R.
• Biopharmaceutical or specialty pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Familiarity with pricing, contracting, and access strategies.
