Salary: $184,000 – $230,000 USD (Tier 1 markets)

What you will do

• Partner with the Director of the Consumer Protection Team to define strategy and translate it into actionable goals.
• Identify and quantify customer experience pain points through rigorous data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Data Science teams to test hypotheses and build infrastructure.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, adapting quickly to shifting business priorities.
• Distill complex progress into executive-level reports and strategic presentations.
• Drive prioritization across the business to ensure high-quality service and product outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, or high-growth startup roles.
• Strong analytical toolkit with experience in data tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
• SQL proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of making ambiguous topics legible to executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environments.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the US (relocation assistance provided).
