What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments across acquisition and activation funnels to identify performance drivers.
• Build and own the end-to-end experimentation framework, including test design and statistical rigor.
• Develop a scalable semantic data layer and self-serve analytics environment for Product, Design, and Sales teams.
• Create company-wide dashboards connecting product usage metrics to business outcomes like ARR and retention.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure data quality and pipeline validation.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or growth analytics within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
• Proven experience as a founding or sole analyst, building analytics functions from the ground up.
• Expert-level SQL skills (BigQuery preferred) and experience with BI tools like Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with event tracking tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Strong background in A/B testing design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Working knowledge of Python or R for deeper analytical exploration.
