Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA or Canada)

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 USD + equity

What you will do

• Partner with Growth squads to design and analyze experiments for Acquisition and Activation.
• Own the end-to-end experimentation framework, including design and statistical rigor.
• Develop a semantic layer in Omni to enable self-serve data access for PMs, designers, and Sales.
• Create source-of-truth dashboards linking product metrics to ARR, retention, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure tracking and pipeline accuracy in BigQuery and Heap.
• Communicate complex data insights as actionable narratives for leadership and technical teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Founding-analyst experience (first analytics hire at a small company).
• 5+ years of experience in product/growth analytics within a SaaS or PLG environment.
• Expert-level SQL (BigQuery preferred) and experience with modern BI tools (Omni, Looker, Mode, or Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with event tracking tools like Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Strong statistical knowledge for A/B testing and a working knowledge of Python or R.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling company-wide experimentation programs.
• Knowledge of financial analytics (CAC payback, ROI attribution, or funnel contribution modeling).
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools like dbt, Fivetran, or Airflow.
