What you will do

• Act as project lead for Government Incentives engagements, managing timelines and ensuring reporting requirements are met.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in MIPS reporting to improve client performance and compliance.
• Coordinate program implementation and training for internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Analyze client performance data to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate compliance risks.
• Support Marketing and Client Services with subject matter expertise for sales materials and educational resources.
• Resolve complex client issues related to Government Incentives programs with accuracy and urgency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, Government Incentives, or EHR systems.
• Strong expertise in MIPS reporting and EHR functionality.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Commitment to compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
