What you will do

• Collaborate with contracted providers to resolve data issues related to quality programs.
• Educate providers and their staff on updates to clinical quality programs and policies.
• Guide providers on quality reporting, clinical documentation, and internal quality technologies.
• Partner with leadership to update policies and procedures to optimize program operations.
• Conduct frequent site visits to provider offices, traveling approximately 60% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Health Related Discipline (e.g., Nursing, Dietetics, Social Work).
• Must be based in the US; sponsorship is not available for this position.
• 4+ years of experience in quality improvement.
• 2+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, HEDIS, and CMS Stars programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
