Salary: $81,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of client improvement strategies and coordinate with internal support teams.
• Deliver proactive, insight-driven recommendations using analytics, peer benchmarking, and proprietary frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable resources such as toolkits, blogs, and case studies.
• Coordinate and present regular client performance reviews in partnership with the Managing Director.
• Identify emerging market trends to inform future product and technology development.
• Lead industry programs, webinars, and events to foster client networking and value.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong focus on patient experience improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of Hospital CAHPS (HCAHPS) and Clinician & Group CAHPS (CG-CAHPS) required.
• Must be based in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
