Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Drive US revenue growth by managing the full sales pipeline and closing enterprise deals.
- Partner with the CEO and CCO to define and iterate on GTM strategy and messaging.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses.
- Build and refine scalable sales processes and outbound strategies from the ground up.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide frontline feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with CFOs and procurement leaders.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of top-tier performance.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas and able to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to build a business in an early-stage environment.
- Strong commercial intuition and the ability to rapidly master complex product value propositions.
- Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, high-impact environments.
