Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid: Tue-Thu in-office)

Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Drive US revenue growth by managing the full sales pipeline and closing enterprise deals.
  • Partner with the CEO and CCO to define and iterate on GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses.
  • Build and refine scalable sales processes and outbound strategies from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide frontline feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with CFOs and procurement leaders.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of top-tier performance.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas and able to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to build a business in an early-stage environment.
  • Strong commercial intuition and the ability to rapidly master complex product value propositions.
  • Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, high-impact environments.
