What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Government Contracting Officers to resolve administrative bottlenecks.
- Lead the management of GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and other Best-in-Class vehicles.
- Review and translate government solicitations (RFIs/RFPs) into actionable guidance for Sales and Legal teams.
- Own SAM.gov and state-level registrations to ensure zero friction at the point of award.
- Maintain a proactive audit trail for public sector contracts, tracking option years and price escalation clauses.
- Support Legal and Security teams in maintaining FedRAMP High authorization standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Washington, D.C. office.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration.
- Deep knowledge of FAR and SLED procurement regulations.
- Experience applying government contracting principles to SaaS commercial models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Ability to manage high-level strategy and granular administrative tasks independently.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FedRAMP and CJIS compliance requirements.
- Experience processing invoices and managing financial data for government contracts.
- Proven track record of successful engagement with Contracting and Procurement Officers.
