What you will do

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including services, consulting, licensing, and data privacy contracts.
• Lead negotiation for high-value transactions, focusing on practical risk assessment and timely execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales teams regarding contract terms and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to improve standardized forms, playbooks, and contracting processes.
• Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions for Sales stakeholders.
• Manage and update contract records accurately within the contract management system.

Requirements

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements within a software technology environment.
• Ability to manage complex, high-value contract matters and mitigate business risks.
• Knowledge of data privacy requirements and their impact on negotiation strategy.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a transparent, distributed, and asynchronous workplace.
