Salary: OTE $60,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads from interested business owners.
• Deliver product demonstrations and visual presentations via Google Meet to engage clients.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions based on client needs.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management teams for smooth client transitions.
• Maintain accurate client interactions and data within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Prior experience in a phone-based, high-volume sales environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport and articulating complex information.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Collaborative attitude and receptiveness to coaching.
• Must be based in the United States.
