Regional Account Manager

Salary: $86,000 - $141,800

What you will do

• Focus on client retention and develop/execute account plans to ensure continued revenue growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
• Leverage client-facing data to reinforce hirify.global value proposition.
• Leverage internal data to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and increased revenue.
• Build a network of influencers within client organizations and maintain knowledge of products and services utilized.
• Identify and mitigate at-risk business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales or equivalent experience required; 5 years or more preferred.
• Good understanding of hirify.global products and services and general knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and the public.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, CRM software, and data visualization tools.
