What you will do

• Support Program Delivery Managers to ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Create and maintain regular reports and documentation for the Northwest transportation electrification portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor budgets, analyze trends, and assist with invoicing and financial reporting.
• Review and evaluate grant applications against eligibility and scoring criteria.
• Perform customer and stakeholder outreach on behalf of the program.

Requirements

• Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days.
• 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and environmental impact.

Nice to have

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding of environmental justice and community resilience as it relates to transportation electrification.
