Salary: $89,222.00 - $151,678.00

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing day-to-day operations and overall program performance.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of electrification programs.
• Administer program budgets, including forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Develop and sustain relationships with stakeholders such as local governments and community organizations.
• Coordinate marketing, quality assurance, recruitment, and training initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and leadership to internal staff and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy program management, electrification, or consulting for utilities or public agencies.

Nice to have

• People Management experience.
• Experience in energy efficiency and electrification program administration and demand-side management initiatives.
• Knowledge of behind-the-meter technologies, building codes, and retrofit practices.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, LEED-AP, or Six Sigma.
