Program Analyst (MedTech)

Location: Must be based in Merrimack, NH, US (Hybrid: 1-2 days at home).

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 + 8% STIP.

What you will do

• Establish and manage processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting site performance data.
• Produce detailed summaries and high-level reports for ES initiatives, PMO, and R&D.
• Compile, track, and measure KPIs, escalating project delays or risks as necessary.
• Support the ES Program Office in managing scope and project dependencies.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Product Areas, Regulatory, Quality, and Finance to determine priorities.
• Manage invitations and documentation for regular ES and PMO governance meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of project or program management experience in an international business environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and communicate business-critical issues.
• Excellent time management skills to handle conflicting priorities under pressure.
• Experience in MedTech, R&D, or Product Management is considered a merit.
