Salary: $95,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Manage comprehensive project timelines for survey launch and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with client contacts to identify unique organizational needs.
• Program survey designs across multiple platforms and configure dashboard reporting for member experience products.
• Identify risks and proactively implement problem-solving strategies to ensure service recovery.
• Lead project kickoff calls and track response rates and sampling to maximize data collection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and act as a mentor to new hires and teammates.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep understanding of Health Plans and Member Experience challenges.
• Proven ability to manage large, strategic client portfolios and complex customers.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
