What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of advisory boards, steering committees, and symposia.
• Partner with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors, and Program Coordinators to manage workflows and logistics.
• Ownership of program timelines, vendor coordination, and financial tracking.
• Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes to ensure pharma compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates throughout the program lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall program success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in program/project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare-related industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards or symposia.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of MLR processes and compliance requirements in pharma.
• Experience with financial tracking tools, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics for complex, high-visibility programs.
