Salary: $203,014 - $294,370

What you will do

• Provide executive leadership for the integration and governance of large-scale integrated energy campuses.
• Align scope, schedule, cost, and risk across all EPC contracts, business units, and stakeholders.
• Direct the integration of solar, wind, BESS, natural gas generation, and high-voltage infrastructure.
• Lead the delivery of in-front of the meter (FTM) and behind-the-meter (BTM) campuses for hyperscale data center clients.
• Serve as the primary client interface and senior integration leader at the campus level.
• Establish campus-level risk strategies with an emphasis on cross-contract and interface risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, power generation, or large-scale construction programs.
• 7+ years in leadership roles managing complex industrial and multi-technology projects.
• Must have US work authorization (eligible for 401k/HSA benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience in BTM (behind-the-meter) campus delivery.
