What you will do

  • Lead the planning and execution of advisory boards and other HCP engagements to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Directors and Scientific Directors to manage workflows, budgets, and logistics.
  • Take ownership of program timelines, vendor coordination, and financial tracking.
  • Oversee medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes to ensure full compliance in pharma.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall program success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in program/project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards and symposia.
  • Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of MLR processes and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing vendors, venues, and logistics for complex programs.
  • Must be based in the United States.
