TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Social Media): Managing day-to-day client relationships and project delivery for social-first campaigns with an accent on cross-functional coordination and account operations. Location: Hybrid (must reside in New York, NY; 2 days per week in office required)

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day account operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and applying deep knowledge of their business objectives.
  • Lead account administration, including meeting scheduling, agenda creation, status tracking, and asset management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Creative, Strategy, Production, and Insights for seamless execution.
  • Monitor project scopes and timelines while proactively identifying and escalating risks.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and developing team best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or social media marketing.
  • Must reside in New York.
  • Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects within an agency environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or Monday.com.

Nice to have

  • Experience in social media or influencer marketing.
  • Background supporting clients in tech, electronics, telecom, or consumer technology.
  • Experience managing programs for enterprise-level clients within large agencies.
  • Expertise in building social communities and community management.
