TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (must reside in New York, NY; 2 days per week in office required)
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day account operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and applying deep knowledge of their business objectives.
- Lead account administration, including meeting scheduling, agenda creation, status tracking, and asset management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Creative, Strategy, Production, and Insights for seamless execution.
- Monitor project scopes and timelines while proactively identifying and escalating risks.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and developing team best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or social media marketing.
- Must reside in New York.
- Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple projects within an agency environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for fast-paced settings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Basecamp, Asana, or Monday.com.
Nice to have
- Experience in social media or influencer marketing.
- Background supporting clients in tech, electronics, telecom, or consumer technology.
- Experience managing programs for enterprise-level clients within large agencies.
- Expertise in building social communities and community management.
