What you will do
- Define CRO strategy and build hypothesis-driven backlogs.
- Translate CX and data insights into comprehensive testing roadmaps.
- Manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and track ROI in fast-paced client environments.
- Write clear test requirements, specifications, and supporting business cases for experimentation delivery.
- Interpret test results and present structured insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver CRO initiatives from planning through to go-live.
Requirements
- Experience as a CRO Account & Project Lead in digital and eCommerce environments.
- Hands-on experience with optimization tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Adobe.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting test results and defining strategies.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and proactive professional communication.
- Ability to manage project budgets and track ROI.
