Salary: $250,000–$275,000 + equity

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision for the digital experience across web and app, ensuring it is conversion-optimized and brand-forward.
• Drive the product roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Design, with accountability for delivery and measurable results.
• Lead the A/B testing and experimentation program to improve CVR, AOV, and LTV.
• Own the commercial strategy, including discount architecture, subscription mechanics, and on-site merchandising.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on pricing dynamics and personalized digital experiences based on audience segmentation.
• Manage and grow a high-performing, autonomous team operating at a strategic level.

Requirements

• 8+ years of digital product and ecommerce experience, specifically within DTC or subscription businesses at scale.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy from ambiguity and building organizational conviction.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams by setting strategic direction rather than managing delivery.
• Analytical fluency in CVR modeling, cohort analysis, and experiment design.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex strategies to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
• Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms.
• Exposure to personalization systems or agentic commerce.
