TL;DR

Product Manager, International Growth (E-commerce): Leading strategy and execution for non-US markets across acquisition, activation, and retention with an accent on standardizing the buyer and seller experience across different geographies. Location: Remote-first, but must be within commuting distance of office hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York City, or London

Salary: $225K – $325K + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the international growth vision and roadmap to standardize high-quality product experiences across non-US markets.
  • Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to unlock growth and reduce friction across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with core product teams via a "hub-and-spoke" model to ensure international needs are prioritized and scalable.
  • Manage international growth metrics and country scorecards covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Design and run experiments in partnership with Data Science and UXR to validate new product bets.
  • Translate regional expertise from Sales and Ops into productized playbooks for global rollout.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent as a Growth PM.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in high-velocity consumer products or marketplaces.
  • Experience scaling international (non-US) markets, including adapting to local behaviors and regulations.
  • Strong data and experimentation skills for defining metrics and analyzing country-level analytics.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York City, or London.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills to partner with Engineering, Design, and regional GTM teams.

  • Experience working as a PM in a marketplace or multi-sided platform.
