What you will do

• Own and drive growth initiatives across key user journeys including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Design, prioritize, and deliver experiments and A/B tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance using product analytics tools.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to execute experiments efficiently.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Data stakeholders to align growth priorities.
• Translate data insights into actionable product improvements and iterate based on results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in growth-focused roles.
• Proven success in designing and delivering experiments and A/B tests that drove business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Experience working on e-commerce, search, booking, or conversion-driven flows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
